Each morning you will receive a brief email from me containing plain-text snippets that need to be copied, verified for spelling, and then submitted into our web-based form. The information is strictly text—no numbers, images, or scanned files—so the focus is on speed and zero-error accuracy rather than data conversion.

The workflow is simple: open the email attachment, follow the field order on the online form, paste or type the text exactly as provided, and hit submit. I track submission time stamps on the back end, so I will know immediately if anything is missed or delayed. A quick confirmation reply once the day’s batch is complete keeps us both in sync.

Successful delivery means:
• Every assigned record entered on the same calendar day it is supplied
