Daily Tally Bookkeeping Updates

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can log into our Tally system each business day and keep every financial movement current and error-free. The scope covers three record streams—sales and customer receipts, bills and supplier payments, plus all bank and cash activity—so nothing slips through the cracks before close of business.

Here’s what the daily workflow should look like:
• Enter every sale, purchase, and overhead expense into Tally the same day it happens.
• Match each bank or cash transaction against the corresponding invoice, receipt, or payment voucher so balances reconcile in real time.
• Generate the standard daily reports in Tally (ledger, cash/bank book, outstanding receivables & payables) and run a quick error check so I can spot anomalies immediately.

Consistency is the priority; I need someone who can commit to the routine Monday-to-Friday, communicate promptly if supporting documents are missing, and flag any discrepancies before they snowball.
