Daily Social Media Engagement Manager

I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my social channels so they feel consistently alive and conversational. The core accounts you’ll take charge of are Twitter, Reddit, Tumblr, and a growing Telegram community. Every post should lean toward engagement content—sparking replies, shares, polls, AMA threads, or anything that keeps the conversation moving rather than pure promotion.

I’m looking for:
• Fresh, on-brand daily posts tailored to each platform’s voice and best practices.
• Active comment moderation and quick, friendly responses that help build rapport.
• Simple weekly recaps of wins, insights, and any content tweaks you’d recommend.

We’ll start with these four platforms but I’m open to folding in Facebook or Instagram later once our rhythm is set. If you thrive on real-time interaction and know how to turn followers into vocal advocates, I’d love to see examples of similar communities you’ve grown and your approach for the first month.
