Daily Sales & Expense Bookkeeping

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can log every sale and every expense the same day it happens. All source documents—sales invoices, POS reports, supplier bills, receipts, and bank feeds—will be shared through a secure, cloud-based workspace. Your job is to:

• enter each transaction promptly, using the correct chart-of-accounts coding
• attach the supporting document so everything is fully traceable
• flag any discrepancies or missing information so I can resolve them right away

I currently run a mainstream accounting platform (QuickBooks Online) but I’m open to Xero or Wave if that’s where you work best; accuracy and same-day posting matter more than the software brand. If you’re comfortable reconciling the bank feed as you go, even better—it helps keep my cash picture clean throughout the month.

Deliverables I’ll review:
• Daily ledger entries for both revenue and cost transactions
• A brief running note of questions or exceptions you encountered
