I need an accountant who can step straight into Tally and turn my raw sales data into accurate, professional sales invoices every single day. Each bill must show the full customer details and clearly stated payment terms before you post or print it.
My process is simple: I share the day’s sales figures, you capture them in Tally (any recent version is fine), generate the invoice, and return the PDF plus the updated company data file before close of business. Consistency and zero-error data entry matter more to me than speed, though I do expect the day’s work wrapped up on the same day.
Deliverables
• Daily Tally data file backup
• PDFs of all sales invoices created
• Brief confirmation report listing invoice numbers, totals, and payment terms entered
If you already manage GST or other statutory tags inside Tally, that is a bonus but not required. Reliability and familiarity with Tally shortcuts will make this an ongoing engagement.
