Daily Receipt Data Entry

I need someone who can log in each morning at 6 am AEDT and spend 4–8 hours entering receipts straight into MYOB Exo. Every business day you will receive fresh source documents—bank statements, online-payment reports and credit-card settlements—and post each line against the correct unpaid invoice so that the ledgers stay perfectly up to date.

A basic grasp of bookkeeping is essential because you will be matching deposits and fee-splits, spotting duplicates and flagging any variances for me to review. Fast, reliable internet and a Windows PC are must-haves; once connected, you will work directly in MYOB Exo via remote access.

Daily routine:
• Import or manually key bank deposits, online payments and credit-card transactions.
• Allocate each receipt to the right customer invoice, GST code and account.
• Save a reconciliation report before you sign off so I can quickly verify your day’s work.

Accuracy and same-day completion are the measures of success—I should be able to open MYOB Exo at the end of your shift and see a zero-balance receivables list for all paid invoices. If this sounds like a workflow you can own, let’s get started tomorrow.
