Each day I’ll send over raw, vertical footage of a new listing and need it returned the same day as a polished reel that feels sleek and modern. The cut should showcase the property’s stand-out features—think sweeping kitchen shots, smart-home touches, and pool highlights—using clean transitions, tasteful speed ramps, and subtle motion graphics.

Please overlay concise text that covers key property details, current pricing, and my contact information so viewers can act immediately. Color correction, light music beds free of copyright issues, and correct aspect ratio (9:16, ready for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) are all part of the package.

Consistent turnaround and a sharp, minimalist aesthetic are what matter most; everything else—music choices, lower-third styles, LUTs—is flexible as long as the final product keeps a high-end, contemporary feel.
