Daily HTML Email Data Entry

Each day I receive a steady flow of HTML-formatted emails. I need the textual content from every message extracted accurately and added to my existing database before the close of business. The workflow is straightforward:

• Open the incoming HTML emails
• Strip out any markup so only the clean text remains
• Enter that text into the correct fields of the database (MySQL), preserving line breaks where relevant

Because the data is purely textual there are no numbers or calculations involved, yet consistency is critical—capitalisation, punctuation and spacing must match the source exactly. I will provide remote database credentials, a brief field-mapping guide and a small batch of sample emails so you can familiarise yourself with the format.

Turnaround is daily, so I’m looking for someone who can commit to a quick, repeatable routine and maintain 100 % accuracy. If you already have experience parsing HTML emails with tools such as Outlook rules, Gmail filters, Python’s BeautifulSoup or similar utilities, let me know; automation is welcome as long as the final entries remain precise.

Once you’re set up the expected deliverable is simple: the database shows the newly added records each day, error-free and time-stamped.
