Daily eBay Store Management

I’m looking for someone who can keep my eBay store running smoothly every single day. The core of the role is three-fold: building fresh, accurate listings from supplier information, staying on top of orders and returns, and responding quickly to customer messages so our feedback score remains strong. All items are brand-new retail products; you’ll pull photos, specs, and current pricing directly from my suppliers and turn them into high-converting listings on eBay.

Once listings go live, you’ll monitor inventory, process each order through to shipment, issue tracking numbers, and handle any return or refund requests. I also need you to clear the message queue, resolve disputes before they escalate, and flag anything urgent to me right away. From time to time I may ask for other light business tasks related to the store, so flexibility is appreciated.

You should already know your way around eBay Seller Hub (or similar tools) and feel comfortable juggling multiple SKUs without missing a beat. Reliability, clear communication, and an eye for detail are must-haves—if that sounds like you, let’s talk and get started.
