I need help maintaining a live Google Sheets file where new customer contact information is added every single day. You’ll receive raw details from our CRM export, copy-edit for consistency (names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes), then insert them into the correct columns without disturbing existing formulas or sorting rules.

Accuracy and swift turnaround are critical because the sheet drives our daily outreach. I update the source file by 5 p.m. GMT and expect the cleaned, fully entered records back in the shared sheet before 10 a.m. the next morning, Monday through Friday.

When you send your proposal, focus on a clear outline of your approach: how you’ll keep errors to a minimum, handle duplicate detection, and automate repetitive steps inside Google Sheets (e.g., using data validation, conditional formatting, or simple Apps Script if you prefer). A concise, step-by-step plan will help me choose quickly.

The engagement will start with a one-day paid trial; if everything lines up—speed, accuracy, and communication—we’ll roll into an ongoing arrangement.
