Daily Customer Data Entry

Each business day I receive fresh Excel/CSV files that hold new customer information—names, contact details, order notes, and a few custom fields we track internally. I need those records transferred accurately into a live database the same day they arrive so our sales and support teams always work with up-to-date data.

Here’s how the workflow looks now: I drop the raw file into a shared folder by 9 a.m. your local time. You open it, review it for obvious errors or duplicates, then populate the corresponding fields in the database. If you already have a preferred tool—MySQL, Microsoft Access, or even a cloud alternative—let me know; I’m flexible as long as the final data is searchable and can export to CSV when needed.

Accuracy is critical. Typos or mismatched columns slow every department down, so double-checking your import before you mark the task complete is expected. Turnaround should be same-day, ideally within a few hours of file delivery. A quick confirmation note or screenshot after each successful upload will be enough proof of completion.
