Daily AutoCAD Drawing Revisions

I handle a steady flow of residential extension work and need a reliable AutoCAD technician who can turn around revisions the same day I send them. Expect between one and five sets of drawings every day. You will receive the current DWG files together with concise written notes that spell out the required edits.

The scope varies: sometimes the objective is a clean set of plans and elevations for planning submission, other times it is detailed construction information that must satisfy current UK Building Regulations. In practice this means you will be adjusting both structural elements and internal layouts—anything from shifting steel beams to redressing a bathroom arrangement—so I’m counting on you to question ambiguities, flag clashes and push back when something doesn’t add up.

Turn-round speed is critical. Once you’ve made the changes, email back the updated DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later) along with a PDF export so I can review instantly. If something needs tweaking, we rinse and repeat until it’s right.
