Czech Audio Transcription Project

I’m looking for native-level Czech speakers to help improve our automatic speech recognition system by transcribing short audio files. The recordings are everyday conversations between two people, and you’ll hear a mix of standard Czech alongside regional dialects.

What you’ll do
• Open each clip in the browser-based tool I provide.
• Listen carefully and correct the ASR output—or transcribe from scratch—so the text matches the speech verbatim, including fillers and hesitations, while following the style guide.
• Flag any audio that is corrupted, unintelligible, or off-topic.

What I need from you
• Fluent, native-level command of Czech spelling and grammar.
• Good attention to detail; transcripts must pass a 95 % accuracy spot check.
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.

Deliverable
Accurate, guideline-compliant text files for each minute of audio you accept. Compensation is calculated by the usable minutes you complete and is released after the weekly quality review.
