Cut Forex Video Into Reels

Want a editor who can edit my Forex Trading video. I'll give him a video of max 15 min and i'll tell him the timeline whose edit i want and how much reels i want from that i'll pay Rs.100 per reel Like Montages or a clean , i'll tell the requirement i want from the reel.
Note: He don't need to edit the long video he just have to cut the clips for the reels
