Title: Mechatronics Engineer needed to build custom 6mm Rubber Profile Cutting Machine (Arduino + Nextion UI)

Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechatronics / Embedded Systems Prototyping Engineer to design, program, assemble, and test a benchtop automated cutting machine for a solid, 6mm rubber profile.

The machine must operate standalone via a user-facing touchscreen interface.

Required Technical Features:
1. Interface: Nextion 3.5" Discovery Touchscreen (for entering cut length in mm and batch quantity).
2. Controller: Arduino Mega 2560 R3.
3. Feeding System: Dual synchronized polyurethane-coated pinch rollers driven by a NEMA 23 stepper motor to ensure a tension-free feed (preventing material stretching).
4. Cutting Mechanism: A high-speed blade actuator (pneumatic cylinder or heavy-duty solenoid) striking against a precisely machined 6.1mm guide bushing to guarantee a perfectly square, burr-free cut.

Deliverables Required:
- Full 3D CAD Assembly files (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks).
- Complete wiring schematics and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Fully commented Arduino firmware source code (.ino) and Nextion HMI project file.
- A fully assembled, wired, physically tested, and working hardware machine shipped to my address.

Please provide examples of previous physical machinery, custom automation, or motor control systems you have fully integrated from scratch in your portfolio.
