I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a custom lead management system for a real estate business.
The goal is to have one simple platform where our team can manage leads coming from different sources, track follow-ups, manage site visits, and monitor the complete journey of each customer.
Main Requirements:
Lead creation and management
Lead source tracking (Website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Referral, etc.)
Customer details and requirements
Property/project interested in
Lead status and pipeline management
Assign leads to different sales team members
Follow-up reminders and scheduled tasks
Call/meeting/follow-up history
Site visit scheduling and tracking
Notes and internal comments
Lead activity/timeline
Search, filters and sorting
Duplicate lead detection
Dashboard with useful sales statistics
Conversion tracking (New Lead → Contacted → Follow-up → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booked/Lost)
