Customized Cognito Form Development

I need a set of well-structured Cognito Forms that handle data collection smoothly and look polished on any device. The exact number of forms and their purposes will firm up during our initial discussion, but they will likely include contact, survey, or order-style layouts.

Key elements I expect each form to support:
• Dynamic fields that show or hide based on previous answers
• Clean formatting for both desktop and mobile users
• Easy embedding on my website plus shareable links

If payment processing or secure file uploads become necessary, I want those added using Cognito’s built-in Stripe and file-upload features rather than external work-arounds, so everything stays within one platform.
