Customizable Windows Slot Machine

I’m building a native Windows slot-machine application and need the core engine plus an admin layer that lets me take full control of its look-and-feel and payout behaviour.
Gameplay must mirror a classic three-to-five-reel video slot: spinning reels, pay-line detection, credit balance, and sound effects. What sets this project apart is the back-office console where I can update every visual element and fine-tune return-to-player values without touching the code.
Graphics flexibility
Please expose a straightforward folder or JSON-driven system so I can:
• Change themes (switch complete skin packs in one click)
• Upload custom images for reels, symbols, backgrounds, buttons and splash screens
• Modify colours and fonts across the UI from a single stylesheet or palette file
Winning-odds control
I need to enter symbol weights or reel strip arrays and instantly see the calculated RTP. A simple slider or percentage input that rewrites the underlying probabilities is ideal. The game should honour those settings in real time once I press “Apply”.
Core requirements
• Windows 10/11 desktop build (.exe) written in C#, C++ or Unity—whichever you prefer, provided performance is smooth
• Resolution-independent UI (minimum 1280×720 up to 4K)
• Sound, animation and spin timing configurable from the same admin panel
• Local persistence of credits and settings; optional hook for future online leaderboard or payment integration
• Well-commented source code plus a short README showing how to add a new theme and adjust odds
Acceptance criteria
1. I can swap in a new graphic pack, restart, and see all visuals updated.
2. Setting RTP to a test value (e.g., 99 %) produces the expected long-run payout in simulated spins.
3. No graphic or text element is hard-coded; everything is read from external assets or config files.
Deliverables
• Compiled Windows installer or portable .exe
• Complete editable source code and asset templates
• Admin guide (PDF or markdown) covering graphics replacement and odds configuration
If you have prior experience with casino or RNG projects, please highlight it so I can move quickly into development.
