Request for a Custom Pre-Configured CAN/CAN-FD Gateway for EV BMS Development and Testing

I would like to request a quotation for a complete, standalone CAN/CAN-FD gateway system.

I am looking for a device that can be connected between the vehicle and the OBD connector using an OBD interposer, and that can operate independently without a PC using pre-loaded configurations.

The main purpose of the system is development and testing of battery/BMS CAN communication in electric vehicles.

The vehicles I would like to support are:

* Tesla Model 3
* Tesla Model Y
* Kia e-Niro
* Hyundai Kona Electric
* Volkswagen ID.3
* Volkswagen ID.4

I will provide the exact model years for each vehicle at the beginning of the project.

Required functionality

* At least 2 independent CAN/CAN-FD channels
* Automotive-grade, reliable hardware
* Standalone operation without a PC
* Programmable/configurable firmware
* CAN message filtering and routing
* Message- and signal-level processing
* The ability to modify selected CAN/BMS signal values in real time before forwarding the messages
* The ability to apply predefined value transformations or substitutions to selected BMS signals
* CAN/CAN-FD support as required by the individual vehicle
* Counter/CRC/checksum handling where required
* Suitable OBD-II male/female interposer or compatible wiring
* Separate pre-configured profiles for all six vehicles
* CAN traffic analysis and creation of the required DBC/CAN databases where necessary
* Complete commissioning and testing of the system
* A final ready-to-use device that I can simply connect to the vehicle and select the appropriate vehicle configuration

I do not have CAN/CAN-FD programming experience, so I am specifically looking for a complete turnkey solution, rather than a development kit.

I would like the developer to handle the CAN traffic analysis, DBC creation, firmware/configuration development, hardware integration and final testing.

The value-modification functionality is particularly important. The system should be capable of receiving a selected BMS CAN message, modifying specified signal values according to a predefined configuration, correctly handling any required counters/checksums/CRCs, and then forwarding the resulting message in real time.

The system should also allow different predefined configurations to be stored for the different vehicle models.

Could you please let me know:

1. Can you develop such a system?
2. Can you provide the complete hardware and OBD interposer?
3. Can you analyze the CAN/BMS communication of all six vehicles?
4. Can you provide a pre-configured system that operates independently without a PC?
5. Can the device modify selected BMS signal values in real time before forwarding the messages?
6. Can you implement the required counter, checksum and CRC handling?
7. What hardware would you recommend for this application?
8. What information and/or access to the vehicles would you require?
9. What would be the estimated development time and total cost?

My goal is to obtain a reliable, ready-to-use, multi-vehicle system rather than a development kit.

Thank you in advance for your response.
