Customer Trends Power BI Dashboard

Build a single Power BI dashboard that pulls data live from my Excel workbooks and our SQL database, then turns that information into clear insights about customer demographics and customer satisfaction.

The data model should merge both sources seamlessly, handle refresh schedules, and expose relationships that let me slice results by date, region, product line, and any other key fields you uncover. Inside the report, I want bar charts for quick comparisons, pie charts for proportional breakdowns, and line graphs that reveal trends over time—each fully interactive with tooltips, drill-through, and cross-filtering.

Supply the finished .pbix file, document any custom DAX logic, and publish a ready-to-share version to Power BI Service (or show me how in a brief hand-off call). When I open the dashboard I expect to see:
• a demographics overview section,
• a satisfaction score trend that can be filtered by segment, and
• clear colour-coding so patterns stand out at a glance.

Accuracy, refresh reliability, and well-named measures will be the acceptance criteria.
