Customer Support Specialist

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Customer Support Specialist (Remote) in APAC region.
Responsibilities:

Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat

Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms

Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat

Assisting other departments

Candidate Profile:

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong communication skills across live chat, email and phone

Customer oriented mindset with good problem solving ability

Prior experience in customer support, and particularly in forex, CFDs or the wider financial services industry, will be considered an advantage

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM UTC+8

Ability to work on public holidays and one Saturday & Sunday a month
