Customer Support & Data Entry

I need a reliable pair of hands to keep both my customers and my data in excellent shape. Every day you will jump into our shared inbox and reply to questions that arrive by email, live-chat and social-media DMs. Tone matters—answers must be friendly, concise and on-brand—yet you also need the discipline to log each interaction accurately so nothing falls through the cracks.

While you’re talking with customers, you’ll also tidy up the back-end: updating customer contact details in our CRM, refining product or service descriptions where you spot inconsistencies, and flagging any gaps you discover so we can fix them fast. Strong keyboard skills, good written English and comfort moving between chat tools, email clients and spreadsheets are essential. Experience with common CRMs (HubSpot, Zendesk or similar) is a plus; let me know what you’ve used.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
• All incoming messages are answered within the agreed response window.
• Customer records show 100 % accuracy for new or edited details.
• Product and service fields reflect the latest information provided.
