Customer Support & Admin Assistant Needed

I run a growing online store and would like to hand off day-to-day customer care and back-office admin so I can focus on expansion. You will step into the inbox, live chat widget, and our social media DMs, answering the routine questions with the help of the guides and templates I provide. Anything outside that scope you simply flag for me.

Beyond chatting with customers, you’ll keep our order spreadsheet current, log returns, and double-check that tracking numbers sync correctly with the website. Light data entry, weekly report updates, and calendar or email scheduling tasks round out the role.

Key deliverables
• Daily: email, chat, and social channels cleared or appropriately flagged
• End-of-day: order & inventory sheet updated, new data entered accurately
• Friday: brief summary of common questions, issues escalated, and tasks completed

We currently use outlook,gmail, zimbra for email, Viber for live chat, and Shopify + Google Sheets for order management, so comfort with those tools—or the ability to learn them quickly—is important.
