Customer Service Virtual Assistant

I need a detail-oriented virtual assistant based in India or the Philippines who can take full ownership of day-to-day customer service. Your main focus will be responding promptly, clearly, and courteously to customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction leaves the customer satisfied.

Scope of work
• Monitor the shared inbox during agreed-upon hours.
• Draft, send, and log replies that follow our tone and policies.
• Escalate edge-case or technical questions to me when needed and track them to completion.
• Maintain concise conversation histories so any team member can pick up where you left off.

Tools we already use include Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets; familiarity with similar platforms will make onboarding easier, but I can walk you through our specific workflow.

Deliverables
1. Same-day responses to all incoming messages within the coverage window.
2. A weekly summary sheet highlighting common questions, unresolved tickets, and any suggestions that could improve the customer experience.
