This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Customer Service & Outreach Representative to support a growing healthcare-focused initiative.
This role combines customer interaction, outbound calling, lead qualification, and light sales support within a startup-style environment where processes are still being developed.
The ideal candidate should feel comfortable speaking with business owners and potential members, handling customer interactions professionally, and helping shape workflows and outreach strategies as the project grows.

This is an independent contractor role (service-based agreement, no benefits).
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Outreach
Conduct outbound calls to restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses
Introduce the healthcare membership program professionally
Answer basic questions about the service and membership model
Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers
Assist in identifying potential member interest
Help schedule follow-up calls or meetings when applicable
Lead Management & Research
Research businesses and identify decision-makers
Gather and verify contact information
Maintain organized lead and outreach records
Update spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
Document customer interactions and call outcomes
Future Growth ResponsibilitiesAs the project evolves, the role may gradually include:
Appointment setting
Follow-up outreach campaigns
Customer retention support
Light sales responsibilities
Assistance building outreach and commission processes
Providing feedback on customer behavior and call effectiveness

Virtual phone systems (Google Voice, RingCentral, etc.)
WhatsApp Business
Secure remote workspace
Schedule & Availability
Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours weekly)
Estimated schedule:
Around 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM / 10:00 PM EST
Approximately 4–5 working days per week
Saturday availability is required
Candidates must be highly flexible with scheduling, as outreach hours may evolve depending on business needs, response rates, and campaign performance
The schedule may continue adjusting during the initial phases of the project as the team identifies the most effective calling windows
Requirements
Previous customer service experience required
Some sales or outbound calling experience preferred
Comfortable speaking confidently on the phone
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Adaptable and comfortable in startup-like environments
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong English communication skills
