Customer Satisfaction Survey Telecaller

I need a fresh, energetic voice to speak directly with my existing customers, run a short customer-satisfaction survey, and capture honest feedback that I can act on. The core of the job is to conduct surveys over the phone; no sales or lead generation involved.

Because I don’t yet have a script, your first task will be to draft one that sounds natural, keeps the call under five minutes, and gathers clear insights on overall satisfaction, pain points, and suggested improvements. Once I approve the script you’ll start calling, record each response in a simple spreadsheet or CRM, and share a concise end-of-day summary highlighting any urgent issues.

I’ll supply the customer list and calling window; you’ll bring a pleasant phone manner, good English or Hindi, basic spreadsheet skills, and the persistence to hit the daily call target. If you are a fresher who enjoys talking to people and can follow clear guidelines, you’ll do well here.
