Customer Satisfaction Data Analysis

I have an Excel workbook full of raw customer data and I need it turned into a clear customer-satisfaction report. The task is strictly data analysis and reporting: no data entry, no re-keying—just solid analytical work that helps me understand how happy (or unhappy) my customers really are.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• Clean and prep the customer records where needed so calculations are reliable
• Run a customer satisfaction analysis using Excel tools such as PivotTables, charts, formulas, or Power Query—whatever you prefer, as long as the steps are transparent
• Highlight key metrics: average satisfaction score, distribution of ratings, top pain points, recurring themes, and any noticeable trends over time
• Deliver a concise dashboard or summary sheet inside the same file plus a short written summary (PDF or separate sheet) explaining your findings and recommendations
Acceptance criteria
1. Calculations must reconcile with the source data (I’ll spot-check random rows).
2. All formulas remain editable; no hard-coded values unless clearly noted.
3. Visuals are easy to read and print on A4 without manual adjustment.
If you’re comfortable digging into customer data and presenting insights in a straightforward way, I’d love to see how you would approach this job.
