I need a skilled technical writer to turn our internal know-how into clear, customer-facing procedures and guidelines. The goal is simple: when a customer asks “How do I…?” they should be able to open this document and walk through each step without calling support.

You will be working from existing notes, short videos, and a few rough flowcharts. I’ll provide full access to those materials along with subject-matter experts for quick clarifications. Your task is to reorganise, expand, and polish the information into a cohesive manual that:

• explains each procedure in plain language
• follows a logical, progressive structure (overview, prerequisites, step-by-step, expected result, tips)
• includes screenshots or simple diagrams where words aren’t enough
• ends with a concise troubleshooting or FAQ section per topic

The finished documentation should be delivered in both editable Markdown and client-ready PDF so we can push it straight into our knowledge base. Strong experience in technical documentation, information mapping, and visual aids (e.g., Snagit, Visio, Lucidchart) will be a big plus. Please share one example of customer-oriented procedures you’ve authored so I can gauge fit.

Once we agree on the outline, I’ll review the first section for voice and clarity before you continue with the rest. That early checkpoint will keep the entire project on course and avoid unnecessary rewrites. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
