Customer Loan Management App

I want a straightforward mobile app that lets my borrowers stay on top of their loans after the funds have been disbursed. The app’s sole focus is management & repayment; I am not tackling the application or approval stages here.

Core goals
• Give each customer a clear snapshot of their outstanding balance.
• Provide an automatically generated repayment schedule that updates the moment a payment posts.
• Send timely payment reminders (push, SMS or email—whichever is easiest to wire up).
• Offer an “instant loan” top-up feature so qualified users can draw a pre-approved amount without leaving the app.

Technical expectations
• iOS and Android builds (Flutter or React Native are both fine; I’m open to native if you have a solid argument).
• Secure login with OTP or email link.
• Simple, stable backend (Firebase, Supabase, Node/Express—your call, just outline why).
• Payment gateway integration for in-app repayments.
• Clean, well-commented code and a short hand-over video so my internal team can maintain it.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can install the app, register a test user, and view a seeded loan balance.
2. The repayment schedule auto-recalculates when I trigger a mock payment.
3. Push or SMS reminder fires on the correct due date in a sandbox environment.
4. Instant loan button credits the account and adjusts the balance in real time.

Package the final deliverable as full source code, compiled builds, and setup instructions. Once those four checkpoints pass in a staging environment, the project is complete.
