Customer Data Entry from PDFs

I have between 100 and 500 customer records sitting in a collection of PDF files. I need each record transferred accurately into a single Excel workbook that uses straightforward columns—name, address, phone, email and any other basic contact details that appear in the source.

The PDFs are mostly text-based, but a few contain embedded images, so you may want to rely on an OCR-capable workflow or any combination of Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar tools to speed things up while still safeguarding accuracy. Typos or mismatched fields will hold up the project on my side, so I’m counting on careful manual verification after any automated extraction.

Deliverable: one clean, well-formatted .xlsx file ready for immediate import into our CRM. I’ll spot-check against the original PDFs; if everything aligns, the job is complete.
