Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities
Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate services
Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
Familiarize yourself with current information about services available for customers
Answering customer queries by phone/email
Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as required
Record and update information accurately within the relevant systems
Requirements
O'level standard of education
Computer literacy, preferably including ECDL
Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the team
Fluency in English is a must
Currently based in Malta
