You will dive into purchase patterns, slice the numbers by key customer demographics, and calculate retention rates over time. I’m happy for you to use any method—Power Query, pivot tables, statistical add-ins, or even a bit of Python—so long as the final hand-off is a single, well-structured Excel workbook that I can explore on my own.
