Custom X-Quadcopter Design Blueprint

I need a complete design package for a small X-configuration quadcopter whose primary role is carrying interchangeable sensors or other light payloads while streaming video through a built-in lightweight FPV camera.

The job covers both the airframe and the electronics that must fit neatly inside it, so every mechanical dimension and mounting point has to match the components you specify. Frame geometry, motor layout, propeller clearance, battery bay, and antenna placement all need to be considered with weight balance in mind. I will rely on you to recommend motors, ESCs, flight controller, FPV camera/VTx, battery type, wiring harness, and any vibration-damping or payload-mount hardware, then show exactly where and how they sit in the frame.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD files (STL/STEP) of the frame and any custom brackets
• Dimensioned drawings for machining or 3-D printing
• Bill of Materials with part numbers and purchase links
• Wiring diagram and power distribution layout
• Assembly guide or annotated screenshots that make the build repeatable

Acceptance criteria: every listed component must physically fit the frame without interference, the all-up weight should leave a reasonable payload margin for a small sensor module, and the FPV camera field of view must remain unobstructed in level flight.
