Custom Welded Steel Tubing

I need a run of welded specialty steel tubing produced for a structural-support fabrication project. The tubing has to arrive cut to the exact dimensions I will supply in a CAD drawing and must hold those tolerances throughout the entire length—consistency is critical because the pieces will be assembled into load-bearing frames.

Material can be mild or low-alloy steel so long as it welds cleanly and is free from mill scale; ASTM or equivalent certification is preferred. You’ll receive the dimensional drawings, quantity breakdown, and any finishing notes (deburring, light oil coat) once we start.

Please confirm your mill or fabrication capability for welded tubing, the inspection process you follow to verify dimensional accuracy, and an estimated lead time to ship. If you can also arrange basic surface prep or provide material test reports, let me know so we can factor that in.
