Custom Wedding Stationery Suite

I’m putting together a full set of stationery for my upcoming wedding and need a designer who can translate my mood-board into print-ready artwork across several pieces. I’ll share the exact inspiration images, palette references, and copy once we start, so you’ll have clear visual guidance on style, colours, and tone.

Deliverables
• Order of Service – A5 booklet, four printed pages
• Food Menu – single-sided, no personalisation required
• Table Names – 12 individual designs, cohesive with the suite
• Seating Plan – one large board for display
• Order of the Day – large board using playful, easy-to-read icons
• Custom Stamp – a single vector design I can have made into a rubber stamp

What I’m looking for
Adobe InDesign or Illustrator files (plus print-ready PDFs) set up with proper bleed and crop marks. Consistent typography, balanced white space, and colours that match the reference palette I’ll provide are essential. Please keep an eye on legibility at small sizes and ensure any icons are original or properly licensed.

Timeline & review
Initial concepts for each item within one week, followed by two revision rounds. Final, packaged source files and press-ready PDFs should be ready for hand-off shortly after approval.
