Custom Website Development with Local SEO

I need a web developer to build a website ranging from a single page to a 5+ custom page site, including Home, Services, About, Portfolio, Blog/News, Contact, and Bookings. The site should include a built-in CMS for easy content updates, an advanced portfolio system with categorized galleries, and booking or calendar integration for client appointments. I also need local SEO setup for service pages targeting nearby areas to improve Google Maps and search visibility.
