I’m ready to launch a brand-new website and need an experienced developer to turn my idea into a polished, fully functional site. The focus is straightforward website development—no existing codebase or templates—so you’ll have the freedom to shape architecture, layout, and styling from the ground up.

What I have:
• A clear vision of the site’s structure and a rough sitemap.
• Brand colors, logos, and basic copy.

What I need from you:
• A responsive, cross-browser-compatible build (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Clean, well-documented code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, plus your preferred modern framework if it speeds development).
• A simple content management layer so I can edit text and images without touching code.
• Initial SEO best practices—meta tags, semantic markup, and fast loading.
• Deployment guidance so the site goes live smoothly on my chosen host.

Nice-to-have (but flexible): integration of lightweight animations or interactive elements if they add value without bloating performance.
