Custom Software Development Project

I have a clear concept for a new piece of software and now need it shaped into a fully functioning application. While I am still finalising whether this will ultimately be best delivered as a web-based, mobile or desktop solution, my priority is to see a solid, well-structured codebase and a working prototype that demonstrates the core features.

Here is what I would like from you:
• An initial technical consultation to help me choose the most suitable tech stack and platform.
• A short requirements workshop (remote is fine) where we turn my high-level ideas into user stories and a feature list.
• Development of a proof-of-concept or minimal viable product that I can interact with, test, and iterate on.
• Clean, well-commented source code delivered through Git, along with a brief setup guide so I can spin up the project locally.
