Custom Site Inspired by Reference

I have a live website in mind that perfectly captures the structure, flow, and user experience I want. I’ll give you that URL so you can use it strictly as a roadmap; the finished product must feel fresh and unmistakably mine—no copy-and-paste cloning.

Here’s what I need you to do:

• Analyse the reference site’s layout, navigation, and key interactions, then redesign them with my branding, colours, and copy so everything is unique and copyright-safe.
• Build the pages to be fully responsive and fast-loading across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Set things up so I can edit text and images myself later (your call on the most suitable CMS or framework).
• Implement clean, on-page SEO foundations and connect Google Analytics so I can track performance from day one.
• Hand over all source files, login credentials, and a short video or written guide that shows me how to update content.

I’m open on tech stack—WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom build would all work as long as maintenance stays simple. Let me know your preferred tools, estimated timeframe, and any past projects that show you can re-imagine an existing concept without losing originality.
