Custom SaaS E-Commerce Platform

I’m looking to have a fully-hosted SaaS application built so my company can sell its own physical products online under a single, centralised system. The platform must handle everything from browsing to checkout without relying on a marketplace of third-party sellers—only my catalogue will appear.

Core flow
Shoppers need an intuitive storefront where they can search, filter and view product details; add items to a cart; create or log into an account; pay securely; and track delivery status. Behind the scenes I want one admin dashboard that lets me load new SKUs, maintain stock levels, set prices and discounts, print shipping labels, and generate sales or tax reports. A responsive layout for mobile and desktop is essential.

Technical expectations
I’m open on the exact stack—feel free to propose React, Vue, Angular, Laravel, Django, Node.js or similar—as long as the codebase is clean, well-documented and easy for another developer to extend. Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure or comparable) with a scalable database, REST or GraphQL API, role-based access, and PCI-compliant payment gateway integration are required. Please include automated tests and basic CI/CD so updates can be rolled out safely.

Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can register, purchase a product and receive an order confirmation email without errors.
2. Stock decrements correctly after each transaction and cannot go below zero.
3. Page load times stay under three seconds on a standard broadband connection.
4. All features work on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
5. Code passes the provided test suite and installs with one command on a clean environment.
