I need a fully bespoke website built from the ground up for my Las Vegas real estate business. The site must reflect a clean, modern aesthetic while remaining fast, mobile-responsive, and easy for visitors to navigate.
Core build
• Code the entire site (front- and back-end) with clean, well-documented code that will scale as our inventory and traffic grow.
• Design a modern UI/UX that showcases properties attractively and matches our brand palette.
• Integrate the Las Vegas MLS/IDX feed so listings update in real time.
Essential user features
• Robust property search with granular filters (price, neighborhood, beds/baths, etc.).
• Interactive maps that plot each listing and update dynamically as filters change.
• User accounts that save searches, favorite properties, and trigger automated email alerts when new matches hit the market.
• Agent profile pages and quick contact forms that route inquiries directly to the appropriate team member.
Future-proofing & partnership
The initial launch is only the first milestone. I plan to add new lead-gen tools, analytics dashboards, and marketing automations over time, so clean architecture and modular development are critical. After the first release, I’d like the same developer to handle iterative enhancements, feature branches, and routine maintenance.
Acceptance criteria for hand-off
1. Fully responsive site passing Google Lighthouse core-web-vitals.
2. MLS listings sync hourly (or faster) without data conflicts.
3. All user actions—signup, saved search, email alert—verified end-to-end in staging.
4. Source code, design assets, and deployment instructions delivered in a private repo.
If you have solid experience with modern stacks (e.g., React or Vue, Node or Laravel, RETS/IDX integration) and are interested in a long-term collaboration, this project should be a great fit.
