Custom Psyduck Design with Pop Culture References

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a custom, cartoonish Psyduck from Pokémon. This design should cleverly incorporate nods to various comic books, video games, and movies. My daughter dubbed Psyduck as my pokemon almost 15 years ago... and as a good video game trainer should, he has acquired all these objects and powers along his journey. THAT'S MY PSYDUCK!

Key Requirements:
- Psyduck should be in a cartoonish art style.
- He should be wearing the dragon ballz around his neck like a pearl necklace
- I want Spawn's "9:9:9:9" and the Master Chief's "117" tattooed on his shoulder.
- Hang a Barret 50 cal on his back to represent the sniper rifle from Halo.
- I would like him to also be wearing the One Ring from Lord of the Rings, Thanos' gauntlet with all the infinity stones and a light saber hanging from his waist. I'd also like him to be wearing Spawn's cape and chains swirling around him.
- Beside him, in a bag, I would like to have all the materia from Final Fantasy 7 and Cloud's iconic sword stuck in the ground behind him.

Additional Context:
Psyduck and I go way back to when my daughter first told me he was my Pokémon. For context, she was 5 (now 19) when she said: "Daddy, Psyduck is your Pokémon because, like him and his headache that makes him stronger the worse it gets, you get stronger when life challenges you and you always step your efforts up and overcome." She said that when she was 5! So, I would like my Psyduck to reflect the time that has passed. He should look battle-worn with signs of damage and weathering similar to how Master Chief evolves over time.
