Custom Prop Firm CRM

I need a web-based CRM built specifically for a proprietary trading firm, with client management as the primary focus. The system must comfortably handle both individual traders and corporate accounts, storing everything from basic contact information to KYC/AML documents, funding history and ongoing trading performance. A single dashboard should let my team search, filter and segment clients by account type, activity level or risk tier, and surface reminders whenever paperwork is due to expire or a milestone (e.g., payout request) needs manual review.

Although classic sales pipeline tools could be added later, my immediate priority is clean, reliable client data and the ability to track every interaction in one place—email, chat transcripts, internal notes, uploaded forms—without hopping between platforms. Modern UX, quick load times and mobile responsiveness are a must, and the database structure should leave room for future integrations with trading platforms or payment gateways.
