Custom Portrait Sketch & Painting

I’d like a single-subject portrait rendered first as a detailed sketch and then finished as a full-colour painting. The medium is up to you—digital tablet, gouache, oils, or a hybrid workflow—so long as the final piece captures expression and character. I’m not after strict realism, pure impressionism, or anything overtly abstract; instead, bring your own distinctive style that falls outside those traditional labels.

Here’s how I picture the process:

• We agree on a reference photo and rough composition.
• You share the initial line sketch for feedback.
• After my approval, you develop the painting layer, keeping me updated with key progress shots.
• Final deliverables: a high-resolution digital file (minimum 4000 px on the longest side) and, if you work traditionally, the original physical artwork shipped in protective packaging.

Please note any tools or mediums you prefer in your bid and include a sample that best represents the style you’d use for this commission. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right artist.
