Custom Plastic Molds for Interlock

I want to manufacture a series of plastic forms that will let me cast interlock pavers and curbstones in distinctive, non-standard geometries. My main objective is إنشاء أشكال مخصصة that set my product line apart from the typical rectangular or hexagon blocks already on the market.

What I already have
• Rough sketches of several patterns and target dimensions
• Reference photos showing surface textures I like
• Basic knowledge of the concrete mix and vibration table I will be using

What I need from you
Design-ready files and clear manufacturing guidance so a local toolmaker can produce strong, durable injection molds that release the concrete easily, hold tight tolerances, and survive daily use.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD models of each mold cavity (STEP and STL)
• 2D technical drawings with complete dimensions, draft angles, gate/runner suggestions and tolerances
• High-resolution renderings for marketing previews
• Material recommendation sheet comparing PP, PE, PVC or any better alternative, with pros, cons and estimated lifespan in concrete casting environments

Acceptance criteria
• All draft angles ≥ 2° for effortless demolding
• Wall thickness 3–4 mm minimum, ribbed where needed to prevent warping
• No undercuts that would trap the concrete
• Files open without errors in SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD

If you have experience designing plastic tooling for concrete or resin casting, especially interlock paving systems, your insight into optimal parting lines and cooling layouts will be invaluable. I am ready to iterate quickly, approve prototypes, and move to tooling as soon as the designs meet the above checklist.
