Custom PCB Handheld Enclosure Design

I have a custom-shaped PCB that needs a purpose-built 3D enclosure for a portable, handheld device. I will supply the board outline, component heights, and connector positions; your task is to turn that data into a clean, manufacturable case that mates perfectly with the board and feels good in the hand.

The model must be delivered in editable CAD (STEP or SolidWorks) plus export files ready for rapid prototyping or injection-molding quotes. Please allow for minor revisions after I test-fit the first print; dimensional accuracy around USB, buttons, and LEDs is critical.

When you respond, show a couple of previous handheld or small-form-factor enclosures you have designed and note the software you prefer to work in. I’m ready to start as soon as I choose the best match.
