Custom PCB for Consumer Device

I’m developing a new consumer-electronics product and need an experienced hardware engineer to take the lead on a custom PCB design. The board must include:
• Wireless connectivity
• Sensor integration
From your side I’ll need the full design package—schematic, PCB layout, BOM, and production-ready Gerbers—plus any design notes that will help my contract manufacturer ramp up quickly. I’m comfortable with Altium or KiCad source files, so feel free to use whichever lets you work fastest.
The product is compact, battery-powered, and space inside the enclosure is tight, so careful component placement and clean power routing are important. If you have proven experience squeezing antennas and sensors onto small boards without compromising performance, I’d love to see examples.
Once the layout is complete, a brief design review with me over video or chat to walk through critical nets and stack-up decisions will wrap things up. If you can oversee a first-article build or help validate wireless range and sensor accuracy, that’s a bonus, but not mandatory.
Let’s bring this board to life—looking forward to your questions and a quick kickoff.
