Custom Outlook Mailbox Panel

I need a web panel on my own domain that replicates the workflow shown at https://dongvanfb.net/read_mail_box/, but it will connect exclusively to Outlook mailboxes. The core flow—sign-in, token handling, message display—should feel identical, yet the back-end must support several improvements:

• Bulk account reading so I can import and monitor many Outlook logins at once.
• Separate admin and client areas: admin for global settings and user management, client for their own mailbox list and dashboards.
• All credentials must stay in the exact “email|password|refresh_token|client_id” format because existing scripts rely on it.

Beyond those essentials, I also want enhanced security (data encryption in transit and at rest, plus role-based access control), a clean but easily customizable UI theme, and detailed logging/reporting that captures sign-ins, API errors, and message retrieval stats.

I will provide server access and an SSL certificate. Deliver a fully installed, tested panel with clear setup notes so I can redeploy it quickly on another server if needed.
