Custom Netflix-Style Cinematic PowerGrade & LUT for Sony FX30 — DaVinci Resolve

I'm looking for an experienced professional colorist to create a custom cinematic PowerGrade and LUT for my Sony FX30 footage, inspired by the professional documentary and Netflix-style look shown in this reference:

My camera setup:

Sony FX30

4K, 10-bit 4:2:2

S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine

Controlled studio lighting

Talking-head videos, news commentary and YouTube content

Desired visual result:

Premium, cinematic documentary-style color grading

Natural, detailed, flattering skin tones

Rich contrast and deep but controlled shadows

Slightly darker background while keeping the face properly exposed

Soft highlight roll-off and subtle cinematic glow

Professional color separation and dimensionality

Clean, sharp image without excessive sharpening

Consistent look for daily video production

Required deliverables:

Fully editable DaVinci Resolve PowerGrade (.drx).

Custom LUT (.cube) compatible with my Sony S-Log3 footage.

Organized and clearly labeled nodes for exposure, white balance, skin tones, contrast and creative look.

A short tutorial explaining how to apply and adjust the PowerGrade.

Two or three revision rounds.

A graded before-and-after demonstration using my original footage.

The PowerGrade must be reusable across my videos, with easy adjustments for exposure and white balance.

Please disclose any DaVinci Resolve Studio features or third-party plugins required. Any effects that cannot be exported into a LUT should remain available in the editable PowerGrade.

Important: I'm not looking for a generic LUT pack. I want a professional, custom-built cinematic look based on my actual camera footage and the supplied reference.
