Custom Mass Email Tracking Software

I need a small-scale email application that can reliably send batches of roughly 80–100 personalised messages through my own SMTP server and then keep every reply organised in one place. The core of the job is building the sending engine, wiring it to the custom SMTP credentials I will supply, and adding a lightweight interface where I can:

• upload or paste the recipient list
• compose a template with simple merge tags
• press send and watch the queue progress in real time

Once messages go out, the tool must detect incoming replies and tag them automatically so I can quickly see who answered and when. Open- or click-tracking is optional, but accurate “replied / not replied” status is essential. A compact dashboard that lets me filter or export those results would round things off nicely.

I am happy with any clean tech stack—Python, Node, or similar—as long as installation is straightforward on a Linux VPS. Source code, brief setup instructions, and a short walk-through of the reply-tracking logic will be the expected deliverables.
